At the end of this training, the participant can systematize and prioritize job tasks to achieve the main indicators of individual performance (KPIs).

The student learns to sort and plan current, as well as occasional actions and monitor the execution of long-term projects according to planning. In addition, the student identifies the causes of the lost time and learns the methods of limiting them.
